Thermomix pays $80,000 fine for 'misleading consumers' over NDIS claims

A room appliance institution paid $79,200 in fines complete allegations 2 of its products were falsely labelled arsenic NDIS-approved.

The watchdog claims this allegedly describing nan products arsenic NDIS approved, NDIS-registered product, NDIS-consumables, NDIS assistive exertion and NDIS equipment.

ACCC Chair Gina Cass-Gottlieb said misleading consumers experiencing vulnerability aliases disadvantage was concerning.
